General conditions

Our house is a peaceful place in an exceptional natural setting for a stay with a taste of the Tuamotus.
Also, we want the tranquility of the place to be preserved and we unfortunately cannot accept "party and noisy stays".

General conditions of sale

  • No reservations will be accepted for less than 2 nights.

  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to reserve, the balance must be paid one week before the arrival date.

  • Please note : a deposit (via SWIKLY) of 50,000 xpf is required on the day of booking. It will be refunded on the day of your departure after the keys have been handed over to our reception staff.

  • Check in at 3:00 p.m.

  • Check out at 11:00 a.m.

  • We accept late check outs under certain conditions, but this must be agreed in advance 24 hours before departure.

Cancelation

You will easily understand that the preparation of stays and the organization does not allow us to accept cancellations without retaining fees. Also, we thank you in advance for tacitly accepting the cancellation conditions.

  • no refund if canceled less than a week before arrival

  • ​no refund of deposits if canceled less than 1 month before arrival​

  • no refund if early departure

  • the deposit will nevertheless be refunded in full in the event of cancellation
